My stay at this hotel was fantastic. the location was ideal, being near the center of town. It made exploring Bardonecchia very convenient. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, which were both spacious and clean. One detail that I particularly liked was the inclusion of a fireplace in some of the rooms, adding a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Space, location and ammentities.

There were no people to be seen in the reception altough we were warned about that and emails were responded to immeaditly.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English.

The apartment was large enough for our family of 5, but was in no way worth 200 euros/ night. 1. The actual banister on the upper balcony/floor where we slept was entirely broken, and any young child could fall to their death. We had to keep our 4 year old away from that at all times. 2. The kids's room, with 2 single beds is directly above Another apartment. The floor is paper thin, it seams, as we could hear every word spoken (and sung at midnight, BTW) by the neighbors below. These same neighbors called reception to complain about our kids' footsteps up in the room, which apparently bothered them when we first arrived at 6.30pm. Thank God the neighbors were not feeling romantic later that night when they were up watching TV, talking and moving furniture or I don't know WHAT we would have done!!

This hotel in Bardonecchia really impressed me with its attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a cozy fireplace that added a lovely touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and restaurants. The included breakfast was a great bonus, ensuring we started our day on a delicious note.

Great location, just a short walk away from the main street and tourist attractions. The hotel offered discounts on local activities and had underground parking which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family holiday getaway.

The reception was not always available which made it difficult to request fresh linen and towels. The building was a bit outdated and in need of renovation, but it did not affect our overall enjoyment of the city trip.

Great location and comfortable rooms. The ski lifts and town center are just a short walk away. The underground parking was a nice bonus, and the views from our room were breathtaking.
